In summary, ISBIS impartially / accurately answers the questions: (1) Will Solar Electricity meet specific economic -environmental - power recovery goals? (2) Will Solar fit a specific site and/or building? (3) It then assists the business owner / investor in coordinating the process toward those ends, along with facilities managment/maintenance beyond the project installation.
